2. Our services

Studio W-H-Y offers jewellery design-to-production services including strategy and consultation, concept and 2D design, CAD and technical development, 3D visualization, production and manufacturing, logo and branding, and launch and marketing support.

Service scope for each project is agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Enquiries, quotes and project agreements

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for contact, not a booking or contract.

A project starts only when both sides agree the scope, timeline and fees in writing.

4. Payments and deposits

Fees, deposits and payment schedules are agreed per project.

Work typically begins after the agreed deposit is received.

5. Revisions and changes

The number of included revisions depends on your chosen package.

Changes outside the agreed scope may affect timelines and fees and will be confirmed in writing.

6. Intellectual property and ownership of designs

Ownership of final designs and files transfers as agreed in the project agreement.

Until full payment, all concepts, sketches, CAD files and artwork remain the property of the studio.

Do not reproduce or use draft work without written permission.

7. Client materials and confidentiality

You confirm you own or have rights to any materials you share with us.

We treat your ideas, designs and files as confidential and do not share them except as needed to deliver your project.

8. Production, timelines and delivery

Timelines depend on project scope and complexity and any third-party production schedules.

We will tell you about delays that affect delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the current version on this page with its last-updated date.

11. Governing law (UAE) and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
